| South and the future of the world The south remains the world's resource center. Much as it was in trade of old so it remains. but if the south is to be of benefit to the southeners. More than just trade must come into play. what is called investment in the south benefits only the north. Scientific advancement as we see it must be used by the south to exploit their resources by the south. the future of the world must point south forever.
